Once You Give In, You Will Get Done Harder.
Just ask a Bully if he/she will avoid the little guy who fights back, but if the little guy does not fight back, he/she will be subjected to a fierce ass-kicking because once you give in, you will get done harder.
If you find yourself giving into someone, or giving up ground, you must know that in many cases this leads to that individual wanting more or even demanding more, because once you give in, you will get done harder. This can lead to ever-increasing demands until you are completely at their mercy or you will have to take a HARD STAND to save yourself.
Once You Give In, You Will Get Done Harder.
This principle is often used in the Slippery Slope Fallacy, where it’s depicted as an inevitable process that cannot be stopped or reversed once you begin. In reality, the giver can often say “no” at any time, that is unless you just gave into your teenage boyfriend and then it may come to a judge to define “no means no.”
